Meeting with the Shannon
As an astrologer, Shannon uses spiritual transmission to connect each client with their Higher Self (Inner Self, Inner Authority), providing context, insight, and clarity — all with the goal of connecting a person with that unique Inner Light individual to themselves.
Integrating her knowledge of numerology and tarot, Shannon takes a comprehensive consultative approach. Her training in the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine’s Master’s program has helped Shannon to “synthesize” a chart, taking many seemingly abstract pieces and weaving them together to create the whole picture of an individual.

In order to do a birth chart reading, I will need your birth day, exact birth time, and the location of your birth. If you do not know your exact birth time to the minute you can often reference a birth certificate, baby book, birth videos, or ask a parent or any family member if they remember anything about your birth story that gives clues to the time. Why do you call your astrological approach oracular astrology?
An oracle is a translator. My readings are a transmission from your own higher self or inner authority, using mathematical tools like astrology and numerology to help interpret the information. As an oracle, I am the medium through which your higher self can communicate back to you.

An oracular astrology session helps you merge with your own inner light, which is something that looks completely different to every single person. If you find yourself miserable or feeling stuck, it’s most likely because you’re fighting the natural flow of energy where your life should be heading -- like a fish swimming upstream. An oracle helps guide you back toward that proper flow and find your inner peace in life.

No two readings are the same, because no two people are the same. In my oracular astrology approach, there is a divination aspect to my readings. I’m mainly focusing on what opportunities are at hand and getting to the heart of what’s going on in your life. The goal is to look beyond the distractions of the ego and get to the core of what you are working on — or supposed to be working on — in your life. This, in turn, helps you find your inner peace. Remember: you are okay, you just might not know it yet.

Astrology is one of the greatest diagnostic tools, but the next question is what to do with it? I’ve immersed myself in different disciplines to support clients’ to move through blocks. Utilizing meditation techniques, clearing personal fields and spaces, the Course in Miracles, as well as ancient wisdom like the Essene material with a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I look at health patterns in the chart all towards the same goal of steering you towards your light.

Shannon’s astrological initiation began with a decades-long mentorship with Pam Ciampi, from whom she learned the importance of a strong foundational technique. Shannon later learned Horary astrology from traditional astrologer John Frawley. Today, Shannon is continuing her study of ancient astrology, specifically Hellenistic astrology under master Demetra George.
